Who we are
VantageHQ is a product of TradeFlow Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. We provide commercial solar prospecting intelligence to solar installation businesses operating in Ireland.

What data we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit the demo request form on our website. This includes:
- Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
- Your email address — so we can confirm your demo booking and follow up.
- Your company name — so we can understand your business and prepare a relevant walkthrough.
- Your county of interest — so we can check territory availability and generate a relevant sample report.
- Any message you choose to include — optional free text you send via the form.
We do not collect payment details through this website. Subscription billing is handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe) under their own privacy terms.
How we use it
The information you submit is used solely for the purpose of arranging and delivering your product demo, and for follow-up communications directly related to becoming a VantageHQ subscriber.
- We will contact you to confirm your demo booking.
- We may send you a sample report relevant to the county you specified.
- If you become a customer, we use your contact details to manage your account and deliver the service.
- We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data stays within VantageHQ and the service providers we use to operate (listed below).
Website analytics
This website uses PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our pages. PostHog is an EU-hosted product analytics platform. We have configured it to:
- Use the EU data region (
eu.i.posthog.com) — your data never leaves the EU. - Only create person profiles for identified users (i.e. after you submit a form) — anonymous browsing is not linked to a personal profile.
- Operate under our instruction as a data processor under Irish and EU data protection law.

Cookies
This website may use functional cookies for analytics purposes (PostHog). No advertising cookies, social media cookies, or third-party tracking cookies are used.
If we introduce any additional cookies in future that require consent, we will update this policy and add an appropriate notice.
Data storage and sub-processors
Form submissions are processed and stored via Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and operates under a Data Processing Agreement.
We may use Resend or a similar transactional email provider to send confirmation and follow-up emails. These providers act as data processors under our instruction and may not use your data for any other purpose.
All service providers we use are required to comply with GDPR and to handle data only as we direct.
How long we keep your data
If you submit the demo form but do not become a customer, we retain your contact details for up to 12 months. After that point, we delete them unless you have asked us to keep in touch.
If you become a VantageHQ subscriber, we retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 24 months after it ends, in accordance with our statutory obligations.
Your rights under GDPR
As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@vantagehq.ie. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. We may also notify active subscribers by email.
